It is hoped that due to the extremely crazy domestic obstruction, it is decided that the real-time price of MSE technology transfer fees will be extended to August 31, 2024 for the 1/34 discount implemented in the last 12 provinces and regions after the GDP or per capita GDP from 2021 to 2023，as long as proved by the Chinese National People's Congress. At the same time, from July 1, 2024, the entire second half of the year, the 1/2 discount adopts the funding plan from July 1, 2021 to January 1, 2023, that is, after paying the deposit, the technology transfer fee will be paid in installments from the annual product profit according to the fixed contractual percentage, without any payment period restrictions. After the contract is signed, it will take effect only after obtaining the authoritative approval of the United Nations and the National People's Congress of China. The deposit is now set at US$200 million, and the fixed percentage is 1/3 of the annual product profit, which can be paid in real-time equivalent RMB. Welcome to negotiate.
