It must be emphasized that the weight of MSE technology transfer fees is calculated in real-time according to the contract. All the above USD payments can be converted into RMB at the same price in real time. The last one-third of China's GDP lags behind provinces and regions. Based on the MSE technology transfer fee with rights in US dollars, multiplied by a factor of (1/34), this (1/34) discount is only available to these last twelve backward provinces and regions (2021-2023 GDP or Per capita GDP can be used). All fees are encouraged to be paid in full within one week after signing the contract, or a deposit (35%) can be collected and paid within one week after successful test of seeing MSE original current.
