Upon careful analysis of the last one-third of China's backward provinces and regions, it was found that there is great potential for MSE, and some are simply beyond the control. It has been over seventy years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, and these so-called "backward provinces and regions" have accumulated a strong and even first-class industrial foundation, but have not encountered application projects like MSE. Once MSE is applied, it is only natural for such "backward provinces and regions" to become prosperous regions in the world. Even if one is poor and two are white, it is still a unique wealth. Chairman Mao said that a piece of white paper, without burden, is easy to write the latest and most beautiful words, and easy to draw the latest and most beautiful pictures. We hope that one-third of China's underdeveloped provinces and regions can contact MSE as soon as possible, and prosper and become strong as soon as possible. We hope these provinces and regions will take MSE seriously as soon as possible and strive towards a bright future internationally!
