From July 1, 2024, the second half of the province will be given 1/2 preferential treatment
China has 23 provinces, 5 autonomous regions, 4 municipalities directly under the central government, and 2 special administrative regions, totaling 34 provincial-level administrative units. Starting from July 1, 2024, for the entire second half of the year, the weighted MSE technology transfer fee denominated in US dollars will be discounted by half to the second half of the province's GDP or per capita GDP from 2021 to 2023, which can be converted into real-time RMB. This discount ends on December 31, 2024.
