No need foundation, only need a piece of flat hard ground, you can under our technical support DO IT YOURSELF to build one bungalow with 1 or 2 or more-room units even plus living-room unit, kitchen & dinning unit or living-room unit containing open kitchen and etc.

Because every room unit has one independent toilet with shower tap, even such a single unit has already constituted a residential house. The unit length is about 6-13 meters while its width about 2.5-3.6 meters. Usually, you may take 3m x 5m (or 3 x 7m) as one unit, within the 5m (or 7m) the total length of rooms is 4m (or 6m) and the toilet length 1m, such two units form 2 to 6-room and 2-toilet combination house, and various other combinations can be easily designed. You may make two adjacent units in either parallel, or preferred vertical, manner with each other.

Every unit is manufactured as integrated & detachable one and the completed unit can be hoisted onto some truck or trailer for transportation.
 
Each unit is fixed on steel skid of 15 cm thickness, covered with floor, which together with all other combined units is fastened to the hard ground.

Wholesale FOB: CNY800/sqm including basic facilities. Under this FOB, the toilet is flush one. If you select the Electric Powered Toilet that can directly connect to the foul drainage system without the septic tank needed, you pay about CNY700 more for each toilet.
