The basic unit of 1-story is 2k x 2k, 1k = 1.82m. The length can be extended by the times of 1k. The factory price above ground is about CNY440 per square meter of construction surface area. For one 60x12ft mobile house (5 rooms), the factory price is about $4120 and plus $1030 to build the steel skid of 15 cm thickness built-in insulation and covered with floor. One 40' container can contain all parts for one 60x12ft mobile house.
 
If you like the 2-story mobile house, the factory price above ground is about CNY400 per square meter of construction surface area. Its minimum unit is 4k x 3k for each suite and 8k x 3k in total at each level sold at the factory price CNY87212 including local installation above ground. If you want more area, you may choose 10k x 3k at every level (factory price CNY108388 including local installation) or 12k x 3k at every level (factory price CNY129560 including local installation above ground) or even longer and wider. Plus CNY160 per square meter of inside ground to build the steel skid of 8 cm thickness built-in insulation and covered with floor. Three 20' containers can contain all parts for one minimum unit house.
